What salon owners ask first
Do I need my own website?
No. The booking link works on its own. Share it in your Instagram bio, over WhatsApp or as a QR code in the window. If you do have a website, embed the calendar there as well.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. Add your services with duration and price, enter your working hours and share the link. No training needed.
Can clients cancel their own appointment?
Yes. Every confirmation carries a link to cancel or reschedule. The freed slot reappears in the calendar immediately, with nothing for you to do.
Where is my client data stored?
On a server in Nuremberg, run by netcup in Germany. Booking data does not leave Germany.
What does Bookizo actually cost?
Free costs €0 and covers 20 bookings a month. Start is €19, Studio €39, Pro €79 per month. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act no VAT is added, so those are the final amounts. Your clients pay nothing to book.
Which languages can my clients book in?
51 languages, including German, Turkish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Russian, English and Croatian. The booking page and the admin are fully translated. You can also run the admin in a different language from the one your clients book in.
